Here’s a little sample below to get your taste buds going, for the perfectly spiced and ultra warming pumpkin porridge:
- ⅓ cup rolled oata
- ½ cup pumpkin puree, cold
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ½ cup soy milk
- ½ cup water
- Maple syrup to taste
- Place everything into a saucepan and simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes
- Serve with pecans, pepitas, extra cinnamon and scoop of coconut cream
