As an art director and talented food photographer, Stockholm based Marisa Marzipan is a mamma to two little miracles and creator of delectable health-inspired food. She’s an eco-enthusiast, DYI addict and lover of the Scandinavian summer.
Her food philosophy takes humble everyday “comfort foods” and transforms them into sugar-free/gluten-free or paleo versions that once you taste, you’ll forever want to recreate. Her recipes are often informed by her own health journey and experiences of quitting sugar, completing a raw food detox and running her first half-marathon.
In a world with no constraints or limitations, I would buy some land, grow organic veggies and herbs and have a beautiful rescued piglet as our family pet
